How Our Network Works for Homeowners

Who You Talk To
When you send a request through Enteredsolo Tree Service, you end up speaking with an independent tree removal provider in our network. That provider is a separate business. It runs its own crews, sets its own prices, and does the work itself.
What Happens Next
Say you filled out the form after a storm. A provider reads your note. They may call or message you to ask a few things. Where is the tree? How big is it? Is anything under it, like a roof, a fence, or a pool cage?
Then they may offer to visit and give a written quote. Some jobs can be priced from photos. Others need a look in person.
What to Ask a Provider
A few good questions make the first talk easier:
- Is the quote in writing, and what does it include?
- Does the price cover hauling away limbs and wood?
- Is stump grinding part of the job or priced separately?
- Can you show proof of insurance?
- How will the tree come down near my roof and lines?
- What do you do if you find rot or a hidden problem?
Older house, extra care. If your home has old repairs, tell the provider. It can change how they rig and lower heavy wood.
Where You Can Help, and Where You Should Not
You can safely move cars, clear patio furniture, pick up small fallen twigs, and take photos from a distance. Leave anything with a chainsaw, a ladder, power lines, or a heavy leaning trunk to a pro.
You Are in Control
You decide whether to hire the provider. You can ask for another quote. You can say no. There is no obligation.
