How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Enteredsolo Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to complain and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You may contact us about any of these:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Enteredsolo Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Enteredsolo Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, return money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@enteredsolo.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which can include getting in touch with the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
